Trish Siedlik enters her 20th season at the helm of the Bellevue University volleyball program. In 2025 and has taken the Bruins to the NAIA National Tournament in 16 of the past 18 seasons. Siedlik has a 540-200 (.730) record in 19 seasons at BU and a 664-221 (.750) career record in 23 seasons as a collegiate head coach. Her .750 career-winning percentage ranks sixth among active coaches in the NAIA, and her 664 wins rank fourth among active NAIA coaches. She has coached 42 NAIA All-Americans, 96 first-team all-conference players, 15 conference Players of the Year, 59 all-region athletes, and 75 NAIA Scholar-Athletes.
